Linda was great to work with on the sale of my parent's Country Walk residence. She was helpful and accessible prior to listing and teed it up for a quick contract once the property was listed. She also went above and beyond in addressing some residual cleaning issues within the house to ensure it would have an improved viewing experience. From listing to closing, Linda was great to work with.

After the home my parents thought they were purchasing in Florida fell through, they only had a short time in Florida before they had to return back to NY for the holidays. Linda prepared and set up a group of properties for my elderly parents to tour based on their interests and income. They decided they liked the very first property they viewed. Linda took care of the negotiations and the closing as my parents were out of state. They are a little slow with their computer skills and Linda patiently walked them through what they needed to do.
